The service was top-notch, with the staff being accommodating and friendly, providing great recommendations and even allowing a late check-out. The location was perfect, central and with a beautiful view of the Rhode Island Capitol building. The dining experience had its ups and downs, but overall, it was good. My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were clean, modern, and offered a lovely view of the State House. The spacious bathroom with plenty of towels was a nice touch, although the inability to open windows made the room a bit stuffy at night. The location was convenient, within walking distance of Providence Place Mall and the State House; however, the on-location restaurant was closed during my stay.

I found the hotel to be a mixed experience. The rooms were handsomely designed and well-appointed, with an excellent bed, convenient outlets, and nice shower and amenities. However, it was disappointing that the hotel is routinely closed on weekends and that no breakfast is included in the price, which I expected more for. The room I stayed in was a generous size and well-furnished, making it comfortable overall.
