I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms were very welcoming and comfortable, much bigger than I expected, and had an awesome view of the statehouse. The service was top-notch, with the staff being accommodating and friendly, providing great recommendations and even allowing a late check-out. The location was perfect, central and with a beautiful view of the Rhode Island Capitol building. The dining experience had its ups and downs, but overall, it was good. The facilities were enjoyable, making my stay even better.

The spacious bathroom with plenty of towels was a nice touch, although the inability to open windows made the room a bit stuffy at night. The location was convenient, within walking distance of Providence Place Mall and the State House; however, the on-location restaurant was closed during my stay.
